What we eat is a fundamental part of that environment and can impact not only our physical but also our mental and emotional wellbeing, as mind and body are one and the same.
I approach my clients' health from a holistic stand point, looking not only at your symptoms, but also your health history, pre-dispositions, lifestyle and emotional wellbeing. I ground my nutritional therapy plans in evidence based research alongside teachings from Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Herbal Medicine.

The term Naturopathy was first coined in 1895, and is grounded in the concept of ‘Vis Medicatrix Naturae’, meaning ‘The Healing Power of Nature’. Naturopathic nutrition believes the body has the innate ability to heal itself and it is the practitioner’s role to help the client to stimulate and support their body in this process. The world around us, and the life within it, is in perfect balance and when we are able to support our bodies to engage with their natural state of balance (homeostasis) we can experience life at it’s most healthful.
