I incorporate my background in human psychology and knowledge of Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Herbal Medicine, to provide a truly holistic approach to health and nutrition. I treat each person as a unique individual and address the root cause of illness as well as the symptoms. I believe the human body has an innate ability to be healthy and full of vitality, yet with the prevalence of modern sedentary lifestyles, high stress levels and processed foods, sometimes we need to give it a helping hand to find it's path back to balance.

I have been on my own journey of health for the past 15 years. After suffering with bloating, stomach cramps, depression, anxiety and fatigue for most of my teens and adult life I began exploring ways of improving my health and wellbeing through a combination of nutrition, yoga and talking therapies. A Nutritional Therapist guided me through a gut heal programme that addressed my 'leaky gut' and rebalanced my gut flora. By making simple yet powerful changes to my diet and lifestyle I felt my health, energy and emotional wellbeing thrive and continue to feel the benefits every day.
